In terms of properties for sale, Sarıyer saw the fastest increase on the European side with 109%, while Tuzla was the most appreciating district on the Anatolian side with 53%. For rental properties, Bağcılar saw a 114% increase on the European side, while Ataşehir experienced a 47% rise on the Anatolian side.

Among the neighborhoods where housing prices for sale increased by 30-50%, the following stood out on the European side: Sarıyer-Darüşşafaka, Sarıyer-Ayazağa, Kağıthane-Merkez, Beşiktaş-Yıldız, Bakırköy-Ataköy, Bahçelievler-Şirinevler, Bahçelievler-Yenibosna; and on the Anatolian side: Pendik-Kurtköy, Tuzla-Aydıntepe, Tuzla-İçmeler, Sancaktepe-Meclis, Sancaktepe-Veysel Karani, Sultanbeyli-Mimar Sinan, Çekmeköy-Soğukpınar, Ümraniye-Çamlık, Ümraniye-Esenşehir, Ümraniye-Yamanevler, Kadıköy-Bostancı, and Kadıköy-19 Mayıs.

On the European side, the districts of Sarıyer-Maslak, Eyüpsultan-Göktürk, Eyüpsultan-Akşemsettin, and Eyüpsultan-Alibeyköy recorded price increases of over 50%. On the Anatolian side, the increases in Sancaktepe-Emek, Ataşehir-Atatürk, Kadıköy-Caddebostan, Kadıköy-Suadiye, and Kadıköy-Göztepe were particularly noteworthy.

While price increases in Esenyurt-Güzelyurt and Beşiktaş-Vişnezade on the European side and Ataşehir-Barbaros on the Anatolian side approached 100%, increases exceeding 100% were observed in Esenyurt-Ardıçlı on the European side and Sancaktepe-Abdurrahmangazi and Ümraniye-Şerifali on the Anatolian side.

Looking at rental housing prices, Arnavutköy, Bağcılar, and Esenyurt districts on the European side saw increases of over 50%. On the Anatolian side, Ataşehir and Kadıköy districts experienced price increases exceeding 40%.
