2024 rent increase rate
The rent increase rate is generally the rate by which the rent in a rental property will increase from one year to the next. This rate is usually specified in the lease agreement and is determined annually. The landlord can determine the rent based on the rent increase rate or change this rate by negotiating with the tenant. Rent increase rates in rental properties are generally determined according to economic indicators such as the CPI (Consumer Price Index).

Bu sınırlama ile konut kiralarının zam artış oranı %25’i geçemez ve %25’i aşan sözleşmeler geçersiz sayılacaktır.

New Monthly Rent: 15,386.00 TL
New Annual Rent Amount: 184,632.00 TL
