2020 Overseas housing sales statistics
In the first two months of 2020, there was a significant increase in home sales to international investors compared to the previous year. However, sales began to decline in March due to the pandemic. In June, however, the upward trend resumed. In June, home sales to international investors increased by over 93 percent compared to the previous month.
